 Alert Admin 		Siccar Point and Shell&rsquo s Cambo development plan was supposed to be approved by regulator end of last year but met with road block because of protests from some environmental and climate change groups.


Circumstances have changed drastically since then and the UK government is now begging them to develop Cambo quickly to help UK wean off its dependence on Russian oil and gas. Once the developmental proposal for Cambo is resubmitted, likely, in April, it should be approved in double quick time.  Sevan SSP, a wholly owned subsidiary of SCM, have been working on the FEED for quite a while

Breaking: Siccar Point and Shell handed extension to Cambo licences

Siccar Point Energy and Shell have been granted a two-year extension to the licences for the Cambo oil field, paving a potential future for the project.


The one piece of news that I have been anticipating. The Cambo licences are supposed to expire on the 31st March 2022.

No shares will be issued to KC retail shareholders. KC as a company, of course they can sell shares as a corporate shareholder. After selling shares in Newco, they may declare dividends to KC shh. There will not be a model like SCI. Let s be clear about it. Hi check their MOU.

Professor Weaken who talk about SM dropping to 0 in 15 years time is another classic example of utter rubbish by an illiterate person. SM won't live more than 3 months. And according to John Maynard Keynes, IN THE LONG RUN,WE ARE ALL DEAD.

BBs do not really care what happens to SCM as long as they can make some $$ once in a while with their pump & dumps. They will do it all the way till zero.

So,the only way this deal can succeed is that BB must buy as many shares as possible, INDIRECTLY from the open market, to avoid the deal being voted out. And subsequently, offering a higher price of 12.7 cents to the remaining FEW shareholders to win their approval. I know BB wanted very much to close the deal and there's no better way than doing this without much objections from minority shareholders and losing the votes.
If you have a different view, please share. This is only my thoughts, could be wrong

 Alert Admin 		You must have posted  400-500 breaking news by now (over past 2 years). And they are all with bold fonts creating much excitement and anticipation. In the end only 1% of them end up as real breaking news, with hardly any positively impacting the stock. The 4-5 postings on real negative news, all posted by others,  have moved the stock much more , sadly downwards, than your 400-500 positive breaking news.
