 Alert Admin 		Any problems, ask Lucid, they will find a solution n give an answer. Meanwhile, ask relatives and brokers. If u don' t claim, i think it goes to those new shareholders who converted their debts to shares.

 Alert Admin 		Your signature, use cursor, finger or pen. Method of signing ur signature depends on the type of computer, tablet etc u hv.

You will shortly receive an activation link for the NGHL Issuer Portal which will instruct you to reset the password to an account we have created for you.
 
Your user account is automatically linked to any Beneficial Owner records which you have confirmed to Lucid that you own or manage.
 
Please note, NGHL is hosted on a platform called ' Fluyd Connect' and as such you will receive the activation link via an email from  " Fluyd Connect - Issuer and Investor Cloud" - 
 
Your NGHL Unique ID ' BeneID' is available only from this platform and you will need it to complete a  confirmation letter. 
 
Once you have secure access to the portal, please follow the instructions to provide us with your confirmation letter and KYC information.
 
The confirmation letter will need to be completed online and you will need to input your NGHL unique ID into the form so that we can assign it to the correct Beneficial Owner record.
KYC will involve your providing proof of identity or a certificate of incorporation together with a proof of address matching the records of B.A.C.S. as at 21 November 2018.
Once we have verified the confirmation letter and KYC documentation against our records, your shares will be released to you free of charge from the HPT.

 Alert Admin 		When one register at lucid website, the format of the form u gets ( i think ) depends on when u registered ie early 2019 or later.  In all cases, they will check ur info first before u get ur shares. As for the reference required, after the bank data input, it is up to u what u want to write. I asked the bank, and they said the reference is for our own reference. Hope the info helps.

 Alert Admin 		sorry, why is this form of witness ? Mine is just fill in the form, attach cdp statement to show number of noble shares, sent and received an acknowledgement via email. should be ok, right ?
