My guess is they (local agent) can't do us a flavour, meaning they can cannot register for us. Best is to email n send ur correct email address again in order to start registration as a first step. Do create a file n save it with ur name, resident address, ur email address and contract nos attach to Lucid.

ACTION REQUIRED BY NOBLE GROUP SHAREHOLDERS

The restructuring of Noble Group Limited (?Old Noble?) became effective on 20 December 2018.

As part of the restructuring, all of the assets of Old Noble were transferred to Noble Group
Holdings Limited (?New Noble?).

DO NOTE: Restructuring, shareholders of Old Noble are entitled to receive one share in New Noble for every ten shares held in Old Noble with any fractional entitlements rounded up to nearest whole share. (Every ten (10) existing shares held. Share-holders is entitled to one (1) share.

Old Noble and New Noble would like to remind Old Noble shareholders that their entitlement to
New Noble shares will require action to be taken.

As previously announced on 20 December 2018, these shares in New Noble are currently held in trust by Lucid Issuer Services Limited (?Lucid?).

Old Noble shareholders who were previously on the register of holders maintained by B.A.C.S.
Private Limited (?B.A.C.S.?), the Singapore share transfer agent, are reminded that in order to
receive shares in New Noble, they should register via www.lucid-is.com/nghlregistration and
await further information.

Old Noble shareholders who hold their shares through a depository agent, custodian or broker are
advised to contact and consult the relevant depository agent, custodian or broker.

If Old Noble shareholders have questions after visiting the website, they should contact Lucid or
B.A.C.S. via the contact details below. Due to the large number of Old Noble shareholders, please
be aware questions will be dealt with as quickly as possible.

There are certain restrictions imposed on the transfer of New Noble shares to certain categories of
persons and persons deemed resident in certain jurisdictions other than Singapore. Lucid will
inform registered shareholders of Old Noble who contact them if these restrictions apply to them
and what steps, if any, they need to take in order to receive their shares in New Noble.

Lucid will hold these shares in New Noble in trust for the shareholders of Old Noble until 19
December 2019, at which time the trust shall terminate.

Old Noble shareholders should therefore get in touch with Lucid as soon as possible, and by no later than 19 December 2019.

 Alert Admin 		Those have NOT received an email confirmation of their registration from Lucid, may be amongst the more than 3,000 people surprisewho have incorrectly 2 input their email address on the website and will need to register again with the correct email address so Lucid can contact them to take the next steps.

 Alert Admin 		I was informed by Lucid that Noble management delay the activation link. I think Noble may not be listed in SGX anymore. Most likely in UK. Keep our fingers cross.
