management should learn to throw away the ego and bow down to discuss consolidation with Pacific radiance and other energy companies including Falcon to stay relevant and financially strong. and SGX should also be proactive to get them talk about it to stay afloat and sustain shareholders' value. Retail shareholders etc been also investing hoping to see their value rises.All these oil and gas companies must come together. Creditors too can chip in to suggest the appropriate restructuring for all. May this Christmas be Blessed for these oil and gas companies including shareholders

Ezion unit wins US$83.4m contract to transport and install wind turbines
A WHOLLY-owned subsidiary of Ezion Holdings, Teras Offshore, has landed a contract for US$83.4 million from Foxwell Energy Corp for the transportation and installation of 31 9.5 megawatt (MW) offshore wind turbines.
In a filing to the Singapore Exchange on Monday, Ezion said that the contract is for a one-year period and is poised to commence in September 2024. The project is thus not expected to have a material impact on the group' s earnings per share or net tangible assets for the financial year ending Dec 31, 2020.
Foxwell, an affiliate company of renewable energy firm Shinfox Corp, had won the tender from Taiwan Power Co to develop Phase 2 of the Taiwanese state-run utility' s offshore wind farm for US$2.11 billion.
Trading in Ezion shares has been suspended since March 2019.

Since Ezion went into problems, its management had been raising money from shareholders, banks, white knight etc by giving a lot of false hopes. At the end, who benefited? The money raised paid their salaries and operation losses. They continued to receive salaries and we minor shareholders get nothing. We cannot even sell our shares. By the way, share price maybe zero now. I lost 5 figures in this counter because, in the past, believed in the restructuring plan and 'lies' given. For this counter, we just write off the money invested and try to recoup from other counters. No chance to get back a single cent.😃 | ||||
