Many scolding or saying deal is off. I am not vested back yet but I want to say Takeover deals NOT so fast one. if you go see the past deals, sure got the very fast ones, 1 month announce talks, next month done deal. But got some also brew 12-13 months then deal go through cause haggling over price, due dilligence or plenty of reasons. Be patient, what will come will come. Deal has not collapsed, if so they must annnounce. No news is good news but if want to flip fast then prob better not. I think overall safe counter for LT but am looking to enter lower of course. | ||||

Sunningdale unable to fetching high offer price due to low yield. EPS is a key and not NAV. High NAV but low yield looks like a white elephant. Just compare Sunningdale with AEM then you know what I mean. | ||||
