End Sep - Early Oct : Gary and Team will finalize the Final Plans for the St. Michael' s Project   5. Jan 2016 to Sep 2016 :  TMC Life Sciences Group CEO unveiled plans for dialysis center for JB, Cooperation with Dublin University (famed for Life Sciences and Medical faculty studies) and in fact, TMC and Thomson Medical have a M & A deal with Thomson Medical for the Medical Hub thing.  In fact, TMC Life Sciences Group CEO also hinted TMC Life Sciences need M & A for its big expansions plans. And MORE RECENTLY, he also said Thomson Medical may have IPO (publicly) Are TMC Life Sciences and Thomson Medical related to Rowsley then ? You bet ! Rowsley signed MOU with Thomson Medical last year for cooperations, and the plot of land Rowsley holds , the more than 9 Ha Prime Land in JB very city centre, the Vantage Bay Healthcare City Project, justs sits beside the TMC ' s planned new medical hospital project.  Note that Rowsley Vantage Bay Healthcare City projects would consists of a MEDICAL UNIVERSITY to train doctors and nurses. This is good, as regionally, the region lack of qualified medical staff. Whether Dublin University will utlimately partner with Vantge Bay HC well......leave that to the management , that' s their JOB! (not mine)  Also just a month or 2 recently, Gary Neville was in Bali for his vacation. Vacation ? Yes. But i suspect Vacation + work and business also.  Remember when Gary Neville was sacked, they criticized PL for being in Bali enjoying his holidays ? (as if not very concenred about Football Club affairs ?) Remember ? What did the spokesman for PL say ? They said PL was in Bali for work, for business.    Anyway, these info are all I have at the moment. Will update if I can find more new info. I wont dare to short , for sure. Look at the 3 Year Chart Rowsley at its Peak after RSP RTO vs Rowsley at its Abyss with RSP still firmly with Rowsley, in fact more firm when they inject RSP-linked Squire Mech into it , if you have the cash power, it is a buy with tremendous upside potential.  Should there be any news Bigger than RSP RTO, which I think with PL strong financial firepower (afterall he is a billionaire) and various business interests all over the world, including media, auto mclaren, football business,   and not sure what else, it is not impossible.  I believe the Royal Families of Johor are wise enough to know who to make friends, business wise, personal wise. The last 2 acquisitions are paid by Rowsley shares valued at 15c just recently therefore only right to ensure the share price be re-rated higher since no dilution. But don't expect this to run up in a straight line....the next important target is 15c. This is the price they put for the shares issued to pay for their recent acquisitions.
