The writings is on the wall when they halted on the 4th day of cny, and 24/7 splash did a report on the JV partners write down and a statutory demand by one of ECS' s clients. Since then, the management already warned the investors, that an impairment of USD 170 million is to be expected on the JV ECS. Ezra even forewarned that if no restructuring has taken place, it might not be able to function as a goin concern.  More law suits ensue, and ECS finally filed for chapter 11. All these info are a clear indication that this company has tons of problems, and if u were to be so adament in that, there might be a white knight or whatsover aid to the company, thats mere wishful thinking. If u wanted to invest, wait for those favourable events to occur first before you part with your hard earned money. Well, not here to pour any cold water over anybody. In fact, Ezra is magnanimous enough for you to exit your postion with whatever losses u might incur for longists, for other companies, such as swiber and linc energy, its straightaway suspension, no turning back and all monies gone with the wind. For that gesture, at least i think Ezra is trying their utmost to rescue the company. And for that i m thankful, after their 1st halt, i have vouched not to touch this counter with a 10 foot pole.
