Buy fragrance share better. Got dividend and post offer you will get 0.08 GP hotel share for every 1 fragrance share. If I have free 1 lot of GP hotel it will worth around $330 based on current price. | ||||||||||||||||||

seems like the recent buying was from the news leak. 0.33 is prob still undervalued but its all up to the major shareholder mr koh to decide if he wants to accept |

AGM for Global Premium Hotels Limited will be held on 27 March 2014 at 9.00am at 168, Changi Road, #05-01 (Attic Level) Fragrance Building, Singapore 419730. This is reported in the recent Annual Report. Anyone going? Just bring your IC if your have shares in this counter bought with cash. You go to the AGM , they just scan your IC, and all your info (no. of shares) will be printed out. You can vote, ask questions and listen to the other shareholders asking the questions. From there you can gauge the management capablity before you want to invest more or dump your shares. At the same time you can gauge the climate and challenges the industry is facing.
