 Alert Admin 		Bro , I am not attending AGM but going to boardroom to submit proxy form tomorrow.
just want to ensure the form is fill in correctly : 
- section III 
no.1/2/3 -   under against &ldquo x&rdquo  
dated 15 day of March 2018

- section II 
a) my name , my mailing address ,   my ic nos , nos of shares and percentage .

- section V 
my signature 

did I miss out any ? Or fill in wrongly ?

I just came back from BoardRoom to submit the proxy form

This is how to fill the form.
Section 2.
Fill in the top row, with Appointment of Chariman.    Then indicate the number of shares you have, which should be on the top of mailer and 100%

Section 3.
Indicate your vote.    I believe should be No for all three

Then sign on the lower part also do not forget to date it beloe the table of section 3.

You can mail it.    But if you can, better come down personally to BoardRoom office at Singapore Land Tower, which is above Raffles Place MRT to make sure that the form is not lost in transit

 Alert Admin 		I will see xarces later to pass him my form to vote against . No one know what could happen but we need to do something and I believe many of you are more powerful than me .  Alert Admin 		True that buying stocks is high risk investment.    But this is s rip off.

If the company goest bust, I cannot blame anyone including SGX.

However, this company is far from bankrupt and from many, we believe, the value is much more than what they offer.    SGX should prevent this.    Any buyback must be priced at fair valued, considering all the future revenue etc.    The company should submit valuation from 3 different independ valuator and take average of the value to make an offer.

Does anyone here familiar with accounting can provide a calculaiton of the NAV/NTA/PB value of the CHX share?    Also can everyone take some effort to read through the proposal and we list down those points/sentenscs which do not make sence, so that we know what to highlight, and fight for and what to expect when (if) we get chance to talk to the management or medias.

eg. one of the example in the proposal, as below:

&ldquo Agreed Exchange Rate&rdquo : 
The exchange rate of RMB5:S$1, as agreed between the Company and the Purchaser
--------------------

What???!!! Now the fair exchange rate between RMB to SGD is 4.8 RMB to 1 SGD. With their " Agreed Exchange Rate" , the purchaser will simply pocket in another > 4% of our share price!!!

Also:
Number of Shares: 2,800,000,000
NTA  of the Group (RMB&rsquo 000):
-  Before the Proposed Disposal: 308,238
- After the Proposed Disposal: 23,250 
NTA per Share (RMB cents): ​
-  Before the Proposed  Disposal:  11.01 
- After the Proposed Disposal: 0.83 Why the NTA become so less comparing to the date of suspension??!!  Anyone can help to understand?
