Read the fine print and u see the director buy 300k from company he owned 31%. Basically it is money moved from right pocket to left. Director buy from ICH invest and trade ltd which he owned 31%, kind of confusing if u don read the fine print. China company always had this transparency problem they set up lot of shell company to hide stock holding to avoid paying tax at home. |

You can look at his no. of ordinary shares held before and after the transaction. From 300k shares (not direct interest) before the transaction to 0 share after the transaction on 8-Jul. Director buy 300k post trading through dark pool. Basically this transaction off retail radar, it was done through interested participants. Mr Ren also buy stocks from market through this way to avoid mass swing of stock during trading hours. Now pray for YZJ privatisation, smoke coming from all sides.
