Mr. Aris Muhammad Rizal is appointed as Independent Non-Executive Director, member of Audit Committee, Nominating Committee, Remuneration Committee and Compensation Committee since 10 October 2014. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Geological) from the University of Padjadjaran, Indonesia and is currently the Operational Manager at PT. Denichi Amina Selaras which is an Indonesian private company holding iron ore mining interests in Aie Dingin, West Sumatra, Indonesia which undertakes a wide array of activities including exploration. Mr. Alan Chin Yu is appointed as Non-Independent Non-Executive Director since 8 June 2016. He is appointed as member of Nominating Committee, Remuneration Committee and Compensation Committee on 21 September 2016. Mr. Yu has been in public practice as a tax agent and management consultant from 1993 in Malaysia and from 2003 in Australia, firstly as Alan Yu & Co, Chartered Accountants and subsequently in 2013 as Maven Equity Pty Ltd, Chartered Accountants. He graduated in 1981 with a Bachelor of Commerce Degree in Accounting and Economics from the University of Western Australia and qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1984. He is the executive director and shareholder of Maven Equity Pty Ltd, Chartered Accountants.

I think they made a consolidated pre-tax profit for FY2016, and had a daily market cap exceeded $40 mil. over the past 6 months.

It would be a good buy at 0.001 provided it does not consolidate.

(博 诺 有 限 公 司 ) (the &ldquo Company&rdquo , and together with its subsidiaries, the &ldquo Group&rdquo ) wishes to announce that the Group is expected to report net losses for the second quarter (&ldquo 2Q2017&rdquo ) and six months ended 30 June 2017 (&ldquo 1H2017&rdquo ). The expected losses in 2Q2017 and 1H2017 primarily arose from the following:
(a) grant of 4,120,000 share awards at S$0.001 per share under the Blumont Performance Share Plan on 13 June 2017, which was subsequently allotted and issued on 19 June 2017 and  

(b) loss incurred on strike-off of a dormant subsidiary of the Company, Blumont Copper Pte. Ltd. as announced on 20 June 2017. Further details will be disclosed when the Group announces its 2Q2017 and 1H2017 financial statements, which will be released on or before 14 August 2017. In the meantime, shareholders of the Company are advised to exercise caution when dealing in the shares of the Company.
