Imho, it does give a wrinkle to my understanding that you' re not confident in your business cashflow. Focus on sales, on inventory, on due diligence on aquisition, inventory accounting,  margin accounting, etc keep the eyes on the ball and dont throw smoke screen..  onto sh.
