Just like Strategic Marine Pty Ltd strategy, rename parent Company to Henderson Marine Base Pty ltd, sell your assets Strategic Marine Singapore and Vietnam to Triyards, Directors move with those assets and then cease to trade Henderson Marine Base Pty Ltd and leave minority shareholder with nothing.

actually, its easier to set up one new company and replicate what they have been doing. They can even buy new assets at cheap prices now, with deliveries almost immediate... So many yards have ships/rigs that have been deferred and cancelled and looking for buyers.

An IPO can be launched again and more ppl can lose their money once again.

How much their asset possible to cover the big hole? And if sell will buyer buy at current value or wait till the company can' t maintain and sell at discount to buyer? Decide ur self . I maybe wrong, cuts nowadays still will have people buy thing at inflated value who know.DYodd

If this does not go up today means absorbed the current pricing, further downside quite possible in the coming days.Last 30 minutes day traders will close trades...will be volatile.

Agree this stock is gone for it glory day, if I not wrong right issue twice, will there be another right issue? Now this stock is worse than equation and jasper. Penny till no end meet. Bottom is yet to see. I hold 85 lot at 0.080 already cut lost at 0.030. Won' t wait till it get suspended. Btw with such a big hole to patch white knight will come , one decide oneself . PLDODDY

It adds, it reviewing all options to restructure  its businesses and operations, would be faced with a " going  concern issue" if it did not achieve a favourable and timely  outcome.

Totally agree.   Who is going to throw money to the current management when they have got the Company into this mess.   You can' t blame this situation solely on the oil price, very poor management.

low possibility that there will be white knights, no need to take on excess baggage. industry players will be waiting to scoop up ezra' s vessels at bargain basement prices.

Subsea intelligence provider Strategic Offshore in its Frontrunner newsletter dated Jan 16 flagged talk over a new shareholders' deal at ECS that will see a fresh cash injection. Strategic Offshore suggested the likelihood of more support from the Japanese, taking into account NYK Line and Chiyoda " have only relatively recently" bought into ECS.
