x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	Whatever price they bought is not an issue to retailers.   It will just be a feeling of euphoria that your shares have been bought at 23 pips each though it is doing 21/22.   The main concern is more shares diluting future EPS. I would prefer that the subscription is on bonds, or notes both of which repayable in cash with an option by company to allow share conversion at a future price when it is higher than the current market price but lower than 10% to 15% (to be agreed and fixed) of the then future traded price.   This way, the subscriber is assured of his minimum 10 to 15% profits and the company gets more share premium should the price of the stock sky rocket should conversion be chosen as repayment.   It is not known what is the intention of the subscriber, whether for stock investment or for lending money as an income, so what I am opining is only based on the latter (i.e. lending out money to make money).  isaacsgx      ( Date: 29-Jul-2014 21:32) Posted: Why disadvantage to small players?   If you buy at 21/22, you alrdy gain 1 pip!   Tres Maria and Trio is " buying" at 23!
