Basically if u are on the patron list of the KTV, police would visit u and charged u for violating cove 19 rules.
Lot of people would be charged this time, mostly foreigner s ignorant of sg virus regulation.

Really those people who patron illegally open KTV lounge should be shamed public, since we already shamed people who refused to wear mask lol. Those idiot also cost market to be risk averse, hurting us paper loss or less capital gain lol.
Just close off access to nightlife venue, close off the road then put police gantry there then no more illegal nightlife for them. Can use SAF too if police low on manpower lol.
