The aggregate of these components of Consideration translates to a value of S$4.1024 representing 24 per cent. above the last traded price of CapitaLand of S$3.31 and 39 per cent. over the VWAP of the Shares for the 12-month period up to and including the Last Trading Day of S$2.957. In addition, CapitaLand Shareholders will still be entitled to receive the FY2020 Final Dividend. This represents an immediate unlocking of value to the CapitaLand Shareholders.

x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	You should be ok. Just ride the run. When the restructure happens, you need to check your positions. Make sure you get everything you are entitled to. Perhaps before hand check with them how they will deal with this also. Some people got a bit short changed when CMT and CCT merged to form CICT. They had to go ask from the trading house their div entitlement.
