Aoxim China Dental Operations in Laoning Province closed for 2 weeks due to Covid..... (Singapore operations are operating normally) AOXIN Q & M DENTAL GROUP LIMITED (Company Registration Number 201110784M) (Incorporated in the Republic of Singapore) __________________________________________________________________ UPDATES ON THE GROUP&rsquo S OPERATIONS IN RELATION TO COVID-19 __________________________________________________________________ 1. The Board of Directors (the " Board&rdquo or the &ldquo Directors&rdquo ) of Aoxin Q & M Dental Group Limited (the " Company" , and together with its subsidiaries, the &ldquo Group&rdquo ) refer to its announcement dated 4 February 2021 and wishes to provide a further update on the impact of COVID-19 on the Group&rsquo s operations in Liaoning Province, People&rsquo s Republic of China (&ldquo PRC&rdquo ) 2. In the PRC region, the Group operates 16 dental centres, comprising 10 dental polyclinics and 6 dental hospitals, located across 8 cities in Liaoning Province, namely Shenyang, Huludao, Panjin, Gaizhou, Zhuanghe, Jinzhou, Dalian and Anshan. 3. The Group wishes to announce that due to a fresh COVID-19 cluster detected in Liaoning Province, the Health Commission has issued a directive to all medical facilities to temporarily suspend all non-emergency medical treatments, including dental services. In accordance with the government prevention and control policy requirements and the current situation of COVID19, some of our operations will be temporarily closed, and such closure is expected to last for at least 2 weeks. The details of the operations are listed as below: Operations Date of temporary closure Zhuanghe City Aoxin Dawei Dental Co., Ltd. 4 November 2021 Gaizhou City Aoxin Q & M Stomatology Hospital Co., Ltd. 7 November 2021 Jinzhou Aoxin Youxin Dental Clinic Co., Ltd. 9 November 2021 Huludao Longgang District Aoxin Stomatology Polyclinic Co., Ltd. 12 November 2021 Anshan Lishan District Aoxin Q & M Stomatology Polyclinic Co., Ltd. 13 November 2021 Shenyang Huanggu Aoxin Dental Clinic Co., Ltd. 13 November 2021 The re-opening date of the abovementioned dental hospital and dental polyclinics will be announced in due course once the Group receives new directives from the Health Commission. 4. Good earnings report for SG counters means nothing, if big guns want price to go down, it will do down. Look at AEM, they posted posted lower net profit n revenue for Q3 and price shoots up.

 Q& M Dental Group posted a 69 per cent rise in net profit for the fiscal third quarter from a year ago.

Q& M Dental Group Q& M Dental: QC7 +0.87% posted a 69 per cent rise in net profit for the fiscal third quarter from a year ago, with strong contributions coming in from the medical laboratory and dental equipment and supplies segment. As a participant in the nationwide Covid-19 testing effort, Q& M saw the segment rise by 932 per cent to S$18.4 million, compared to S$1.8 million previously. Net profit for the 3 months ended Sep 30, 2021 amounted to S$9.5 million. This is compared with a net profit of S$5.6 million posted in the same period a year ago, the dental healthcare group reported on Thursday (Nov 11). The results translate to earnings per share of S$0.0101, against earnings per share of S$0.006 from the year-ago period. Revenue increased by 48 per cent to S$57.7 million from S$39.1 million on the back of an increase in the number of clinics in both Singapore and Malaysia. |
