This one is king of property.Got Temasek backing. Just buy and sleep well. I still waiting for the $2 that some doomsayer predict. Slowly accumulating at 2.4 range. If drop to $2 will sell everything I have and all in.

as long as it declare 12 cent div, support will be there. Key now is still result. was hopeing to sell Ascendars and shift here if still below 2.51 but Ascendars did not recover after xd, bo bian, ship left w/o me. Meanwhile presure will be there since reits / trust have lots os headwind, but can pin hope in SBB after result is out huat to all vested, just sharing my view |

FY result will be released on 27/2 . Company will resume SSB , of dividend is increased to more than 12 cts short sellers will cover back
