x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	Yuuzoo is having it AGM on 7th July 2017, that is tomorrow at 11.00 am.   Shareholders(if you still remain as one after the 2 day articles), please bring along the 2 day BT articles, and ask the Board, Independent Director(s) and the external auditor to respond.   The articles by the Associate profess of accounting atthe NUS Business School, where he teaches corporate governance is timely and a great service to the public at large.   We have to thank the professor for the detailed research and the report, and to warn the general public.   So even though, the auditors passed the accounts, there are questions to be answered as detailed in the BT articles.

" This is one of the two emphasis of matter items raised by the external auditor RT LLP, which did not modify its opinion but highlighted that " signficiant judgement is required in assessing whether reveneu should be recognised on a gross basis, or a net basis, based on the requirements of FRS18 Revenue Recognition." Questions should be directed at the auditor as to whether and how they have challenged management judgement on this matter."
