current treasury shares    343,669,500    therefore max share balance for buy back is 15,474,900
then management has to decide to cancel some treasury or someone has to take over the buy back.

 Alert Admin 		I will eat my words if he does but why has he not already started - ask yourself. He holds the keys and I doubt he will finish SBB limit. He could have done so a long time ago with more aggressive SBBs but never did. Just small nibbling at random prices with no clear SBB strategy. Again, rumors were circulating of Toes resignation and at the same time rumors of privatization. We shall see. Hope no low ball. Best strategy is to average down so we lock in at least 30% premium to one-year VWAP when (if) the low ball offer comes. I am stuck at 0.39 but running out of ammo. Presume everyone is underwater now at todays closing.

 Alert Admin 		Maybe you all just park 285 tomorrow and see whether can relive like today. I'm out of ammo.
Below 30 which we think cannot happen has happened but what can we do? Sell cheap? Shortsellers seems to be be in control by triggering margin call. What's the agenda to bring down the share price.

Yangzijiang Financial in heavy buyback share price lower following news of CEO' s resignation



Yangzijijiang Financial Holding has bought back a substantial tranche of 12.6 million shares earlier today, following news last Friday that CEO Vincent Toe has resigned.

According to an SGX filing after the market closed, the company paid between 31.5 cents and 33.5 cents for the shares, bringing its cumulative total to 67.06 million shares. The most recent buyback, on Oct 20, was 2.4 million shares at 33.5 cents each.

Besides a wider market selldown, investors were presumably spooked by news of Toe' s notice to leave the company by next April, leaving executive chairman Ren Yuanlin to assume more control at the head of a management team that is more streamlined.YFH is an investment firm spun off for its own listing from Yangzijiang Shipbuilding Holdings l  SO7  0.00%  ast April.

Toe and Ren went back nearly two decades, when Toe helped bring YSH to IPO here in Singapore and served as one of its independent directors.

Despite the buybacks by YFH earlier today, its shares ended the day at 32 cents, down 7.35%.

let see if any buy back today and vol value if any.  hope they have buy agressively to build long term share holders value.

High chance current investors in maritime fund questioning abt under water stock price and express their worries.
So old ren had to act, kick out ceo and cio , take full control of yzjfh then next thing maybe privatisation.

But if 10% against, it will still fail.   I believe this 10% rule was created to protect minority shareholders.

There really isn' t any regulation on offer price other than what shareholders can agree/disagree on.   But generally speaking, a 30% premium on current price is the " norm" .

 Alert Admin 		Actually we can't blame YZJFH Mgt as mkt is very bad, USA bullying China counters, it also printed free USD created world wide inflation. It needs wars to solve it's debt problems etc
