Just keep selling until the support relinguishes. More down to earth price should be about 6.5 cents. which is still slightly more than twice the nta, if I am not wrong. Why 6.5 cent, although it could be lower? Just a rough calculation. The 51% SSH got it all at 4.5 plus warrants exercisable at 5.4, .Then I think they also get free top up to increase the market cap of the company. Lateron they will just take the co away for cheap. Long term holders since the year 2000 could have lost nearly 99 per cent of their investment. Terrible, co still losing money. I believe will report more losses since what is its Singapore business? Just some franchises selling frruits and veggies. |

For many years and really many years this counter has been losing money, nearly gone under according to CEO. But I ask myself, what makes it going to turnover despite consolidation and selling off the plantations for God knows how much. Now it has no forest, no trees. What makes one think it won' t stop losing money? And why when Yiquo (not Sunmoon) makes a gain shares trading it won' t want it? | ||||

Let analyse. If the investment is 50% sold away, then leaving 50% holding which is heaven sent (free), will the holder further sell some for cash? Even if one holds so much money in the pocket, will he sell the free investment or risk it dwindling away? No harm right? Likewise no harm selling it for 1 cent, right? Probably not for 1 cent lah, reasoanble will be the nta which per share is around 3.5 cents as per the book.. | ||||

Yes then slowly come down everyday after that. Why? Benefit to make big selling gains for directors or major shareholders (whether SSH or not). Retailers are always the suckers if they never understand the greed of BBs.

Pay the $100 towards original purchase, Now payout is equal to zero, 100% minus 50% balance 50% holding. So 50% of the investment becomes free. Any comments? |
