Completion of milestone need to meet certain criterias toe be substantive. Either revenue or costs are recognised at every stage of completion by eiher surveying the performance worked or bearing the actual costs to the total estimated costs for each project respectively. To make sure that revenue and costs are not overstated or understate. In case revenue or costs exceed each other upon recognising, it will be deferred revenue or expenditure. I think this shipping company wont be targetted right ? I think they are low profile type of company so wont be so easily targetted , what do u guys think ?

x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	I would say yes, if the contracts won amount is correct ​ But in the practical world, sometimes may have a little delay with documentation and stuff after contract is signed Like the customer getting the Letter of Guarantee from the bank (which could also be done beforehand) Accounts issuing invoice for the 10% etc Shouldn' t take more than a month though for the revenue to be recorded And with other ongoing projects, I personally expect the reported revenue would be much higher for Q2 But to note also that revenue is not profits   Omega88      ( Date: 04-Aug-2021 13:50) Posted: Thanks Phillip for the information!  The Q1 2021 revenue was RMB $2,624 mil.
