The question to them is why no independent valuer and the valuation method of this $80m. the difference of $100m is greater than the group' s net assets as of 31 Dec 2022. I have vested interest at average 3c. I am not that concerned as they have the tie-up with stellar lifestyle, as long as they work honestly towards realising its value it will be good. A push towards 13 today seems quite likely but depends on the BBs. If not today, maybe tomorrow. If you are holding a few baskets and cant take the heat, 12 is still a good price to take profit.
