Views on Oxley? Today at 0.265. Still worth going in? Oxley article in Edge last Friday seems positive with messages on improving cashflow from incoming proceeds, special dividend (instead of cutting dividend to preserve cash) and set up a new investment fund for next growth (opportunity to buy cheap lands in covid?). |

Oxley underperform the other property counters in the recent move up. Oxley was 34c in Feb and with recent good sales reported and the retail podium deal, it should not stay at this level for long imo. Just 2 cents. |

In fact, Ox has a lot of property everywhere, UK, Cambodia, Vietnam, Penang, Singapore etc - everywhere except in Hong Kong. So, I would expect some of the Hong Kong exodus funds, which will surely happen - to flow into Ox' s properties. And I do recall that Ox has been actively marketing properties to Hong Kongers. | ||||

Not sure if people realise this - but Hong Kongers moving to UK and Ireland due to the unrest, may result in fresh demand for Ox' s properties there. And these people buy in large amounts paying cash. Sell a tiny HK home for SGD2million-SGD3million and you can afford something big and nice in the UK, with lots of spare change. | ||||
