This is just the beginning of the end of Comfort' s taxi model. It will only get worse. Just like what happened to Nokia and Kodak.

It occurs to me that, well, the taxi owner could have possibly already deployed his capital into private cars.

Whats different this quarter is the operating margins for the taxi Biz held up quite well despite the rev fall. That's positive. Long term trends r a separate matter. Businesses have time to reinvent. Then how is it that oil companies are still making profits despite the long term irrelevance of oil going forward. Businesses can adapt n reinvent.

The top and bottom lines are falling and only confirm what the market is speculating - that the business is starting a downtrend in terms of profitability.
