They were audited but auditor did not give an opinion... its as good as no audit. There is no non compliance.... for now. Wait till April 2017 when they are unable to hold AGM due to unaudited accounts... is it still a non-compliance issue? | ||||

Last years accounts were audited. There is no requirement to have an auditor appointed before the next years accounts are to be audited. Sure it would be nice and would allow us relief from worrying about the valuation methodology but to suggest a hint of non-compliance is not correct.

Spend some money support them. But i go merchant website cannot find option to pay by yuupay or yuuwallet leh. Wan to subscribe to yuutv cannot find. Sign social media account cannot find friends. |

I would agree with you that shorting Yuuzoo will be abit risky. Bit if you noticed that it was on TOP 30 volume with + 0.001 point high during close yesterday and today there wasn't any volume till late PM with -0.002 points down and appeared at the TOP 30 volume. This would mean that BBs are planning on something.
