Possible answer. Thanks. But eating into previously declared DPU is something I cannot accept. E.g. 1) Aug 17 delcared 2 cents (non paying Q). Nov 17 (paying Q) no increase nevermind, dropped to 1.65 cents. 2) Aug 18 declared 1.86 cents. Nov 18 dropped to 1.64 cents. As for this quarter, DPU is 2.61 cents. But Aug 19 already declared 2.57 cents. So, means just concluded quarter DPU only 0.04 cents. Just doesn' t make sense to me. I maybe wrong, anyway.

Maybe it could be due to things such as when Management fees are paid, rentals and bonuses are paid in Japan etc etc. Anyway, just celebrate the higher DPU. I hope this FREEHOLD trust can continue to feed us in our retirement for a long long long time, and also our NextGen should we choose to pass them down.

Please take a look below: 14.8.17 : 2.0 cents (page 10 of results) 13.11.17 : 1.65 cents (page 6 of presentation) - paying quarter 13.2.18 : 1.70 cents (page 13 of results) 28.5.18 : 2.20 cents (page 9 of presentation) - paying quarter 13.8.18 : 1.86 cents (page 10 of results) 13.11.18 : 1.64 cents (page 5 of presentation) - paying quarter 13.2.19 : 1.91 cents (page11 of results) 28.5.19 : 2.13 cents (page 7 of presentation) - paying quarter 14.8.19 : 2.57 cents (page 12 of presentation) 13.11.19 : 2.61 cents (current quarter) - paying quarter Noticed non paying quarters always DPU quite good. Paying quarters just increase a bit from previous quarter. Sometime lesser in fact. Can anybody explain why DPU always never add up? Maybe I' m not good at reading financial reports. |

Hope the market likes AGT' s results. It is indeed the highest 1H DPU so far on record since listing. But, it is a far far drop from the 97cents IPO price. Was hoping they would come out to make a statement about the deposit redemption issues which had been overhanging. Anyone knows how much more exposure they have left on the deposit refunds? | ||||

Barring any serious adverse news like big refunds of deposits, I recall that 2H DPU for Accordia could tends to be better than 1H DPU (anyone can corroborate?). This is very good news, and I am happy. Good to see some positive REIT/BT results, after all the bad news from some REITS/BTs. | ||||

Yes, that' s why must keep fingers crossed regarding the recent Q DPU of 2.57c. Next Q they will come up with something to cut it. End up get much less. Few times they did it already.
