Most members have vested interests (they are long, they are short, they want prices to go down so they can buy cheaper etc), which bias the discussion. Do rely on facts and own judgement when making your own decision. I don' t recommend buying into hope. How likely is that a traditional structural engineering firm can move into fintech successfully? Any firm can claim to move into a sexy new business, but few deliver. I buy good odds, not bad ones. In the short term, prices are determined by sentiment. That' s probably why so many members are trying to talk up this stock, so that they could sell and profit. Also why these people are very defensive whenever an opposing view surfaces, because they want to maintain the positive sentiment. In the long term, prices are determined by fundamentals. For Tritech, I' m certain that buyers at today' s price (i.e. ~4 cents), will face a permanent impairment of capital in 3 years. Of course, most members in this forum are short term speculators, and they don' t care about long term. My posts are not addressed to them. It' s addressed to people who are considering this as a long term purchase.

IMO i think it is reasonable...the company employees, talents and software etc are all those not included in FS because it cannot be recorded. The willingness to pay high price shows that they are seeing the value of the company not based on its accounting value but rathers its business value. Sexy narrative ? Thanks yes it is attractive for investors just like how u are attracted to a girl because she is sexy (if u are a guy). The company is and looks healthy as of last FS released, dun find any problems with it ? Sudden interest ? I can&rsquo t forecast short term share movements, but I am certain this company is a goner within 3 years.
