If shipping business go stagnant or come down, nobody is going to order new bulk carrier and container vessel, what worse is cancellation may take place. After next year, if you still don' t see shipbuilding industry recover, you will see this industry being abandonded by market, it may back to 50cents after that. Too long to say that but i don' t rule out this possibility. Sembmar is 2.3, may break 2. Restate again, YZJ past few years result was much better and delivered same dividend, price even as low as 80cents. Why price was 1.5 when result turn bad? 1) SSE was crazy and hit high, 2) the industry turning down, sign of pump and dump from big players to run out from YJZ. Now? 1)SSE crash, 2)industry continue to go down, no sign of recovery, 3) result getting worse.  SSE crash is able to bring it back to 80cents. 2 & 3 may send YJZ to even lower level which I don' t know you also don' t know when the industry can recover at all. My 1 dollar target stand well. Eventhough I cover my short, my stand is it will continue down and touch 80cents and even lower. Shipbuilding industry boom is over and it will decade to turn back.
