x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	the ukraine war will surely hurt their 50% directly own Holiday Inn Moscow - Seligerskaya. wonder if it is still in operations. with lease hold to 2055 think the potential capital lost if any will be limited relative the size of citydev. positive development is both ukraine and russia said some kind of common ground in the on going peace negotiations. oil price come down to 107 level. but don t see petrol station quick to adjust down compare to quick adjust up from 110 to 120 level. war factor is cooling down as expectations shift to fed interest rate meet on 16 mar. singapore continue to relax covid-19 rule to happen 15 mar. more certain that sep/oct racing event is happening.

During this time of turmoil, when analysts recommend " BUY" , it certainly means they are trying to get out themselves. Anyway, play safe, many opportunities if u hv the " bullets" , why risk ???? x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	russia attack on ukraine is a bit more traoublesome. many in ukarine are of russian origin and many people are pro russia. it is jsut those us regime change in 2014 has put in control pro west one. learning the lessons from us attack on other countries. they probably want a long lasting change not just wipe out then got kick out. looks like they will split ukraine into two. those nearer to russia become a new states. then managed election to become  pro russia. no matter what it is still cannot see relationship of ukraine war affecting citydev. if i can falsely relate a distance one is the rest of market in us europe got sold down so fund manager shift their money.  other thing like oil causing inflation is actually positive for real estate related business. citydev is going thru transformation. they move their money out of korean hotel and tanglin shopping to reinvest in more profitable project. in the next report the korea hotel sale will be reflected, the distributions of cdl htrust to shareholders affecting the way books are consolidated will also be reflected. but really that will still need the auditing firm to agree. while fear rule there are a lot of good buy ouside of oil stock all over the world.  jsut money no enough for so many good thing that suddenly appear.
