I believe many institutions and real investors will still put their money on selected blue chips. Its about proportions, maybe more into medical plays but i doubt they will neglect those not directly affected by the pandemic. Just my 1 cent view.

Who will buy blue chips now? All money go into medical stocks now. Nobody cares about high valuations, PE, PB, etc..... as the whole world thinks that these companies will make expo.... to justify their share prices and so on.
