one of the reason i could think of is..to attract fund managers.. most fund managers by mandate cannot trade in pennies.. so by shedding this pennies status ..disa can attract more attention from fund managers n analyst ratings

pooi stock.. read that it will chiong to 50 so bought from 35 but now tank... lucky today up up and me all out at 29... phew! lose money |

Personally, I felt that consolidation 50:1 is a little too much. Would be good if it' s 10:1 For Catalist counters, very unusual for stocks to go above $1

on consolidation 50 to 1.. the warrant subscribtion price n ratio..will be readjusted.. so dont worry... in most cases..when coy is ok.. will see a slight advantage in value...but not so for screw up coy |

Yes, unable to find any news regarding the proposed 50 : 1 share consolidation and the implemention date is unknown. This resolution may have been passed by poll as all the BIG GUNS are at the EGM. Anyone has the info to share???
