Played it 25 years ago as part of a course on linear optimization. Suggest the CEO and management play the BEER game till they know how to manage their inventories. Perhaps, introduce BEER game at their AGM? Sold off all AEM some time back as I had CEI shares. Trade with BEER game

x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	Mr bear just had steak for lunch. Courtesy of the garmen through vouchers, my first cdc spending on steak. It was a free lunch. In bear language, some left over bull killed by earlier passing bears was leftover for me to scavenge. I think it was killed because it spent all its energy charging at nothing, and when it was a spent force, a bear family came and devoured it. That was how my diet today switched from the usual salmon to steak. I love steak, but salmon is healthier. I could not help but feel sorry for the bull. His is not the only sad story. Many bulls and the companies they chased after came to a sorry state because they chased after profits too quickly, over extended themselves and were killed by the bears. A vital lesson I learn from manufacturing companies is simply this, they are capital intensive, borrow extensively, sometimes over expand, and when what they manufacture becomes obsolete, go bankrupt if they do not scale down and transform. A highly cyclical industry. I hope this is not AEM. Trade manufacturing nimbly
