BBS will not sell down for themselves (left hand right hand) because they will lose the queue volume they have stacked up earlier than real retail investors. Hence that tactic of building volume up at 0.004 ask to scare weak hands to sell down to the BBs at the front of the queue at 0.003. They may still do some sell-down every now and then to create the illusion of a downwards momentum.

Infact, for 0.003/0.004 now, what you see is likely that all the purchases at 0.003 are by BBs only (left and right hand, and panicked sellers sell down).
