x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	my view on delisting is I think it will have to be a " fair" price that can be " justified" (e.g. by valuations like P/E, etc), if not, it may look quite bizarre.  imho, I don' t think the offer price(if there is one) will deviate extremely(above or below) from the last traded price unless things unexpectedly turn out for the worst(or best) or if trading resumes, then another story. although bizness is bizness, having spoken with Dora/HBC before in the past, to me, they are people whom I don' t mind working for.

Even if I cannot change anything, at least I know I tried my best. If she cared abt reputation, she will not get her bro-in-law to do related party transactions. Any person with common sense will know its related party transactions and Dora is educated. Got dividends good enough) So Dora would earn more in FY19 as sales were better. Her remuneration for FY18: Salary: 18% Bonus: 81% BIK: 1% So she had very high incentives to increase sales right? Each qtr keep declaring better profits so her remuneration grows. So why she want to take company private? She can continue to milk the company and moving forward, if profitability impacted significantly, why will she want to waste money to delist? If there are no strong arm support, it will just go down. I'm sure everyone know just that everyone don't wanna jinx it. It doesnt matter if the company making legit money or not...
