(5th puff) 6. launch of residential component of fuji xerox towers redevelopment. the project has a potential uplift of gfa by 25%. if the cost is accounted for evenly then it is highly profitable residential units sale. 7. more openning up of covid-19 restrictions which was the cause of why hotel has been under pressure for the past two years. all good thing must come to end so is the bad thing. hopefully the covid-19 can come to a conclusion sooner then later. so many more other puff. and since management is  willing to review their hotel property asset. hopefully more good news on the way. more special dividend and distribution in specie is my extra hope. but if enough number of shareholders shows keen interest in these surely by communicating it during agm will be a push factor for it to happen. dyodd

Property counters are inversely proportional to Interest Rates Hike.  This year US expect to raise interest rate 6 more times. CDL will hv to continue sell off some more assets to repay their hefty bank loans.  In a nice way, the term divest is always used. (normally one do not divest during bad times) Those who makes money, good luck to you.
