x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	As small retail investor you should demand the mgr to present the financial report clearly with 2Q & 4Q dpu earned, to show each quarterly dpu performance, so than you can make accurate due diligence.  Ireit is a good example whereby they clearly declare qtrly earned dpu and then  make half yrly payout based on the sum of two quarters dpu earned. We do out own due diligence and decide on risk that is acceptable. Moreover this is not a REIT that has to payout 90% as dividends. They can opt to payout less, keep some to fund capital expenses, asset enhancement, etc. I also don't wish to see it turn into Asian Pay Televison Trust where they pay out more and left with nothing to fund needed investment to keep their business viable. x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	As a unitholder of AGT and experienced investor, you should demand for better transparency from AGT mgr, when there is  fault in the way in which their financial report has changed from reporting 1Q & 2Q to 1Q & 1H dpu earned, which tend to hide 2Q questionable crash in dpu earned.  If this is not highlighted, it will spill over to other reit/trust, such as Eagle HTrust, that also pay out dpu semi annually.
