ninja1235, you are a good detective. SGX should hire people like you. The IPO was 26c the share price was as high as 40. 94% down from IPO price and the company is still not done issuing shares. I always wonder why the name of the company is still reflecting the original founder - is the answer obvious to everyone except the guys in SGX? | ||||

According to papers filed with the court, Spackman allegedly caused Littauer to enter into a ~US $1.3 billion self-dealing merger from which he profited by more than US $100 million, while minority investors suffered enormous losses. The Korean Public Prosecutors' Office initiated a criminal investigation in connection with Littauer' s failure. Following the criminal investigation, Sang Cheol Woo (Mr. Woo), a minority investor in the company who lost virtually all of his investment, sued and won a civil judgment against Spackman in Korea, which remains unpaid.

The latest acquisition will result in a 16% decline in Spackman' s NTA to USD 2.6c. The NTA of Spackman was USD 5.8c in Dec 31, 2017. The outstanding shares in Dec 31, 2017 was 515m shares. It is now 1195m shares. Not surprisingly, the share price is on a constant decline since ... IPO? | ||||

No wonder the share kept spiralling dow. With swapping, and ceo selling his shares b4 becoming ceo, what hope is there for investors to invest???  Looks very bleak. Imo, the whole management should be replaced.
