x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	hello friend, what I advised you was correct right.. ask u to sell Asian TV and switch to ESR Reits.. Now AsianTV only 13.4 , even if u include 10 cents dividend given , is only 14.4 cents vs u sold at 16.2 cents. And ESR Reits is now going up... Sometimes must be decisive and not hesitate to cut loss and move on to better counters. I will say the same thing to ESR Reits IF anything bad happens. Afterall, the certainty of 1.2cents dividend is at most 2 years...
