Hon Hai previously proclaimed its ambitious " 11 Panels, 3 Networks, 2 Clouds" initiative &mdash an umbrella of technologies that includes virtually every device with panels (smartphones, TVs, laptops, etc.), network applications (like the Internet of Things) and cloud computing. The electronics giant has been notably active in its telecom pursuit. It has not only fostered the merger between Asia Pacific Telecom and Ambit Microsystems (國 碁 電 子 ), but also cooperated closely with Taiwan Mobile (台 灣 大 ). With the latest TBC acquisition, Hon Hai has broadened its reach to the platform of digital TV. The market is bullish on the news. Asia Pacific Telecom' s share soared 9.99 percent to finish at NT$10.99 on Monday.

Did your research show you business renewal cost is close to nothing? Did your research show u there is extremely low probability of a rights issue - (gosh...who even suggested this)? Did your research show that as of current, TBC owns all the infrastructure in franchised area? Very one-sided research of yours.
