I' m actually more curious to know if the shares issued for all these purchases are sold. Surely some were sold but as the volume for Spackman hasn' t been very high, I wonder how much of these shares are still held by these people.

Why would they buy a film company with no proven track record? Why buy 100% instead of 51%. Why the shareholders of simplex wants to sell all the stakes to spackman? What can simplex bring to the table what existing film subsidiary cannot provide?
The only consistent profit making business in the whole group is the equipment leasing business. |

20% down within a few hours, with high vol, should trigger circuit breaker, and query by regulator to further investigate. Just opinion.

Seems very fishy to me. More often than not, whenever swapping of shares for acq or whatever, price will go down and down with heavy selling.

let me predict. this week: pump up to 0.016 high volume to appear as fake support level (easily done by trading left hand to right hand) next week: dumping by Simplex shareholders to naive retail traders cheated by fake support level and price down to 0.01 high volume 3rd week: Some retail traders realised how stupid they are (when they see results of movie flop jester the game changers) and start cutting loss and price down to 0.008 medium volume

Why you say that ? Results seems to have improved over last year for the six months YTD even with the revenue going lower due to prior year' s big movie releases.
