Just watching with curiosity. A few days ago, I posted on this thread that says company only have like SGD 1.25 mio cash and equivalent, so I guessed it must be some fund raising exercise. By rights, for placement, I though some companies will usually provide loan shares, so the placees can short sell the shares before they receive the placement shares, as a way to hedge their downside risk (not naked short to kill the stock).
