Polaris will owned 50.02% of Trikomsel NTA before exercise is 0.54c, NTA after exercise is 1.51c (Increase of 179%) Earnings before exercise is 0.026c Earnings after exercise is 0.279c (Increase of 973%) So share price before exercise is 29/30, Share price after exercise should be (???). -You decide! Polaris is damned smart!   Issue shares of Polaris only leh as payment consideration to all the vendors (ACV, SCB and Canopus) and in return get Trikomsel' s 50.02% share of profit of $49.7mio!!!! I will definitely agree to pass the EGM.   Huat ah! Note: Trikomsel NPBT @ Y2013 is equivalent to approximately S$49.7mio Polaris NPBT @ Y2013 is S$795K only

One must understand who is the shareholder behind Tres Maria (I suspect is the Indonesian) and Trikomsel is just like another Polaris in Singapore but very much bigger! Unless trikomsel start to own sattelites then the ppl in Indonesia will start to protest. Lets see how the market moves today! Two possibilities ~ either up or down! Since we r alrdy vested, of course we would like the price to go as high as possible. If can reach 40 (impossible!) Uncle handsome will throw a party to all of us.
