Delist or not listed, I think many investors who are stuck are going for broke, meaning no matter as either way is die, dying and dead. Hahaa. Probably people are only hoping for the best. Also I don' t think any more rights will be successful, so management will not go for that since they have experienced it already and won' t want to waste money on it. The best alrenative is an RTO, since a new party can derive the benefit of a listing company by a RTO. Just got to have the right interested party. Seek and they shall find, knock and there will be an answer, lol.

Yes. Based on their annual report, they raised some cash from rights issue in Sep 2015 for repayment of a loan plus working capital needs. However, they still carry large amount of borrowings to be repaid this year reflected in their balance sheet. The rights issue last year could only allow allow them to raise a paltry amount of money (just over 1 million) due to their low share price and so the rights issue exercise price had to be priced lower and was reduced eventually to $0.002 per share. The much larger amount of this current year' s borrowings (around 27 million) to be repaid is much more worrying. Will they be able to come up with measures to settle these much larger amount of borrowings this year? Let us see how they will manage it this year. Fingers crossed.
