This means sales to agent must be eliminated at grp consol level. Only sales to end customers can be recognised as sales of BW. But given the poor book keeping of the agents, i suspect we never know what is the true sales to end consumers 2) Legal review As disclosed in Note 2.1(d) to the financial statements, the legal advice obtained by the Group has indicated potential risk areas of the franchise business model in China. Based on the information available to us, we are unable to conclude on whether the Group?s business operations in China are in violation of the relevant provisions under China laws. So if agents is not allowed, BW need to provision for significant legal penalties and moving forward, it needs to set up physical shops across china. Still good profits? Use ur brains, if any
