x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	Good News. QTV just announced that they are signing a Asset Purchase Option agreement with Medtronic. Just a few months ago Medtronic signed a exclusive distribution agreement to sell QTV's non drug coated chocolate PTA. Now Medtronic wants the option to buy over QTV's product. This could mean that after distributing tje product the saw value in this and wants to buyout the product. Medtronic is one of the world's largest medical product co with market cap of US$113 billion. They can easily afgord to even buy up QTV. Looking very positive.

x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	Remember weeks ago when QTV announced the GEMS injection of fund, the price shot up from 4.8 to 5.6. Today what we see is half price of 5.6, that's 50% cheaper or at the more painful angle, a whopping 50% loss for those who longed at this price

x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	edwinjp, you have missed the point. yuuzoo' s assets are not virtual, they are very real. the company operates overseas through a franchise network, and  gets paid in shares when it sells a franchise license. under FRS and as adviced to the company by KPMG, those shares are valued and the value is booked as revenue. the company then will sell  its shares in the franchise  when the time is right, and  distribute those proceeds as dividends. this means that investing into yuuzoo is investing into a large number of social e-commerce companies across the world.  this  means spreading the investment  risk which is what prudent investors  do.

Yuuzoo spin stories, qtv lots of market rumours. Qtv drop to 3 cts, yuuzoo 8 cts. I rather bet on qtv. At least I won't lose 8 cts. Co has real salable assets.

The Makara Innovation Fund (MIF), a partnership between the Intellectual Property Office of Singapore (Ipos) and Singapore-based private equity firm Makara Capital, was one of a slew of initiatives Ipos announced yesterday to help innovators and enterprises translate their ideas into assets. The tie-up taps into Ipos' strong IP expertise and networks and Makara's commercially driven investment approach, Ipos said. MIF is the first South-east Asian private equity investment fund that will source IP-driven companies internationally and capitalise on cross-border regional expansion. It will invest $30 million to $150 million in 10 to 15 IP-rich and high-growth potential companies with globally competitive technologies from anywhere in the world. These companies will tap Singapore's IP ecosystem to help them deepen their value creation, compete effectively and expand into global markets. This will help to anchor Singapore as a destination for ideas to be translated into assets and revenue, Ipos said.

Selling of shares by QTV CEO at around 30 cents ii. Selling of shares by QTV CEO at around 7.6 cents iii. Payment of loans via shares iv. Issue of new shares The above seems perfectly normal for a company but with a falling share price and at current share price of 3.4 cents, how much do you think are their patents, potential of M&A, ability to create a new arena when compete with the big boys? No one know but one thing is for sure, their future looks bleak now. Just my personal view...

Pursuant to the Repayment Agreements, the Company has settled the aggregate Outstanding Sums of S$2,287,260 owing to the Lenders and Creditor by way of the allotment and issuance of 45,202,767 New Shares at the issue price equivalent to the daily volume weighted average price of the Shares based on trades done on SGX‐ ST on the date of the Repayment Agreements, being S$0.0506 per New Share.
