x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	Yesterday, I see Euro as a big threat, it still is, but now it is overshadowed by Ebola.      If it comes in to Singapore, imagine all clinics need to put on disposable gowns, ppl stop going out to eat, travel reduced to zith.....the economic cost will set us all back.  And this is the main reason for the selldown today. But it seems that all it takes to unsettle stock market investors is a sprinkling of volatility and a dusting of uncertainty. Investors, would like to finger of blame pointed at China, EU, Janet Yellen, Ebola, falling oil prices, the global economy and Syria, even pointed at HK Umbrella Revolution n Vladimir Putin as no one has any idea why stocks have fallen. But fall they have. And rather than openly admitting that they don?t know. But what does it have to do with investing?. No one can possibly answer. However, that bull markets should start with a recovery by cyclicals. Companies that tend to be closely tethered to the economy. So as an economy pulls out of recession, it would seem logical cyclicals improve first. Good luck....i still favour stocks that innovate and dare to try new ideas.... u can forget about mining..... oil will stay low for a while..... Defensive stocks like healthcare,teleco and certain manufacturing sectors like textile will be favor.... Good luck...Singapore shall stand united..... huat ah singapore....
