x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	sigh... caught into buying assuming the back order is good. :( decided to cut loss.  1. Net cash on hand is probably a big concern given the amount of cashflow needed to run the 10 yards. Likely new cash injection needed if more vessels needed to delay and get stuck in the yard. 10,000 worker' s salary also need to feed. 2. High construction loan = more interest to serve at a cost. Lenders will be knocking also.  3. Brazil yard likely to " write-off" given the sunken money. Question is also " How to repay the LOAN from the investment in Brazil yard" ? I also sweating. :( Money need to repay to the lender banks 4. Doubtful on able to get back any capital from brazil termination. Client did not ask for compensation from vard holdings already very happy due to long delay.. Good case from COSCO from the project delay. Expect more issues here given the problem with client. Contgract is a big hole until writeoff clear to investors. 5. Supposinly to be transparent award winner, seems like given the issues, never announced any delay from clients. Already couple of it. Island offshore, NAO, rem offshore. I wonder why.

x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	Indeed, I also dont encourage people to openly announce their position.  BB may have spies in SJ but really they wouldn' t be interested in earning for example a couple of hundreds from me, would they?  I think they more likely to influence retailers here to their advantage.
