(the “Seller”, together with its subsidiaries, the  “Seller Group”) to explore an acquisition by the Company and/ or its nominee(s), of the electronics  distribution business (including all distributorships held by the Seller Group and certain assets, customer  assignments and business backlogs of such electronics distribution business to be agreed between the  parties) (the “Electronics Business”) of the Seller Group (the “Proposed Acquisition”).

However, some brokers allow their bigger clients up to seven days to sell, with the seventh day force selling.
