x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	At current NAV, it is.  But if NC still cannot find buyer for its unsold vessels, at some point auditor might require them to do an impairment on their ballooned inventories.  NC has half of its vesels in their 2015 programmes remained unsold but I just need to write off 25% of their inventory and the NAV will drop to match the current price of 15cts. I estimate NC needs a US100mil contract to save them from some disasters. There is another indicator of NC confident in getting contract.  If they didn' t announce share consolidation it may be a good indicator.  However, I suspect that the moment they do, price will collapse. x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	The last time NC managed to seal a deal was in March.  No sale report for Q2 period (Apr-Jun).  So far no sale reported for Q3.  Left only one month to go.  If still no sale, Q3 results will not be nice. NC speculative built to stock model works well on good times.  Much better than conventional built to order model.  But during bad times, it will hurt them more than others as well. The less sale NC clinch, the more refinancing they will have to do and each time will involve higher interest. The question is will market run out of oil first or will NC run out of cash first.
